Warranty

1. Youpinchoose applies the warranty period of twenty-four (24) months (start from 1/2/2021) on all products.

Except it is assumed by EU law, Youpinchoose cannot be held liable for a warranty period longer than the period as defined by the manufacturers and suppliers. We respect the rights and claims that each customer has in possession.

2. Please contact us via support@youpinchoose.com within the warranty period when the product you receive has a productive defect. The customer can return the defective product for repair after he/she receives a return form sent by us. If the defect is caused by the customer, Youpinchoose will send him/her an estimate of the repair costs that includes material and labor plus the costs for return shipment, which means the cost will not be compensated by Youpinchoose.

3. In the following cases, warranty on products will be void:

3.1 The warranty period has expired

3.2 Inappropriate usage

3.3 When the product is not in its original state, for example, due to modifications

3.4 When the product has been used in combinations with accessories that not support the product.

3.5 Unsupported software or firmware

Repair

If you would like to request a repair, please write an email to support@youpinchoose.com and describe the defect in details. A short video or photos with also the serial number and the invoice (PDF) should be attached. After receiving the email, we will respond to you within 24 business hours.

Return

Orders can be returned within 14 days upon receiving.

The customer should send the return form first. After the application for a return is approved by Youpinchoose, the product can be returned.

Please make sure the item is new and in original packaging with all possible accessories and manuals.  

Please provide the tracking number and tracking query link to Youpinchoose within 7 days after the product is sent back. Otherwise, the request will be processed as expired.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

For returns under warranty, the same form is to be used. The return form can be applied for via support@youpinchoose.com
